Beyond the Hype: Making Intune Agents Reliable—Design Patterns, RBAC, and Benchmarking
Wednesday April 22, 2026 11:15 - 12:15 CEST
AI Agents are no longer a concept demo—they’re quickly becoming a new operating model for endpoint management. In this Level 400 session, we’ll go past the “what” and focus on the how: how Intune agents are designed to fit real admin workflows, how we avoid fragmented “agent sprawl,” and what it takes to make agent experiences secure, consistent, and measurable at scale.
We’ll break down the practical agent architecture patterns that matter in the Intune world—tools, memory, reasoning loops, and extensibility—and why the industry is shifting from hard-coded flows to agentic reasoning for complex, multi-step admin tasks.
From there, we’ll get concrete about governance and access control, including why RBAC becomes the hardest problem when agents move from chat answers to real investigation and remediation guidance—and how teams are thinking about aligning agent workflows with Intune conventions instead of creating parallel experiences.

Scaling Intune Across Tenants with Microsoft Graph API: Automate the Chaos
Wednesday April 22, 2026 11:15 - 12:15 CEST
If you’ve ever managed multiple Intune tenants, you know the feeling:different policies, different apps, different baselines… and the same tasks repeated over and over — just with a slightly different logo each time.

In this session, Scaling Intune Across Tenants with Microsoft Graph API, we’re going to show you how to take back control.

We’ll start with a simple introduction to Microsoft Graph API — what it is, why it matters, and how it can become your best friend when you're juggling multiple environments. No heavy theory, just the essentials you need to understand how it works under the hood and why it’s so powerful.

From there, we’ll look at real multi-tenant challenges:
✔️ Keeping configurations consistent
✔️ Onboarding new tenants without spending your entire weekend on it
✔️ Fixing drift before your phone blows up
✔️ Getting insights across all your customers without checking 20 portals

Using PowerShell and Graph API, we’ll walk through practical examples that show how automation can turn hours of manual work into a couple of seconds. You’ll see how you can standardize setups, deploy apps and policies across tenants, and pull reporting — all from one place.

This session is built on real-world experience, not theory. Expect honest explanations, clear code samples, and tips you can use the moment you get back to work. And of course, plenty of demos — because seeing it in action is half the magic.

Whether you’re an MSP, part of an enterprise with multiple tenants, or simply tired of doing the same tasks repeatedly, you’ll walk away with strategies that actually make your day easier.

ELITE Sponsor - OneDeploy: Windows Deployment Reimagined: Everything, Everywhere, All at Once
Wednesday April 22, 2026 12:30 - 13:00 CEST
Windows deployment in large enterprises rarely fits into neat, well-defined boxes. Estates are shaped by diversity: specialist devices that can’t be reset, remote or bandwidth-constrained locations, older hardware, security requirements that demand full rebuild capability, and environments where cloud identity isn’t available at deployment time.

This session explores Windows deployment end-to-end, showing how OneDeploy is used to reimagine the rebuilding, recovery, and provisioning of Windows across diverse estates, working alongside Autopilot and modern management tooling to prepare devices for consistent, reliable enrolment at scale.

These aren’t edge cases. They’re everyday realities OneDeploy has worked with for years across multiple Windows generations, shaping a view of deployment as a capability that must operate reliably across very different parts of the same organisation.

As many organisations move from traditional imaging toward Autopilot, results are mixed. Autopilot works well in some scenarios, but not for every device, starting condition, or environment. Where those assumptions don’t hold, the impact is often operational complexity and a poor or extended end-user experience.

PREMIER Sponsor - Patch My PC Midday In Paris: More Insights Than Ever Before + How To Become a ConfigMgr Expat
Wednesday April 22, 2026 15:15 - 15:45 CEST
Patch My PC is headed back to Paris this year for MEM Summit 2026, and we're bringing your favorite Romanian IT Guy and self-described gaming geek Liviu Barbat.
Liviu will regale you with tales of Patch My PC's shiny new reporting console, Advanced Insights for Intune, discuss how migrating your apps to Intune can be less like a covered wagon journey and more like warping through interstellar space, and pontificate on the alarming realities of third-party app vulnerabilities in 2026.
It will be funny. It will be scary. It will be a little too real. Kind of like a Jordan Peele movie for IT guys.
So grab a chair and check out our session. See you in Paris!

Wednesday April 22, 2026 16:00 - 17:00 CEST
These focus group sessions are intended for a specific group of attendees and offer a more direct conversation with the Intune team on a focused subject. The setting is smaller and more interactive, giving participants the opportunity to ask questions, share honest feedback, and discuss real experiences in depth.
The Intune team will use these sessions to listen, ask follow up questions, and better understand challenges, needs, and ideas from the people in the room. Depending on the topic, some NDA content or forward looking information may also be shared during the session.

Privileged Access Strategy: Best Practices and Common Mistakes when Tiering Cloud and AD
Wednesday April 22, 2026 16:00 - 17:00 CEST
Gain insights from real-life experiences on how to craft an effective privileged access strategy that supports "Just Enough, Just In Time" access while maintaining control and avoiding potential security breaches.

Explore the various use-cases, potential pitfalls, and limitations inherent in implementing privileged access using the Microsoft Enterprise Access Model, tailored to scale across multi-cloud environments and on-premise Active Directory setups.

Discover how to manage delegations to IT personnel and end-users using Entra Privileged Identity Management. This session will showcase specific examples of privileged access designs for platforms like Power BI, Azure Landing Zones, Intune, and more.

Still using legacy Active Directory, but would like to get PIM for AD, then come to this session to see it - based on PIM for Entra ID combined with AD TTL group membership.

By the session's conclusion, you'll also have learned about various useful (and free) community add-ons developed by the speaker, including tools like PIM Assignment Revoker, PIM Assignment Wizard, PIM Assignment Exporter, and PIM Baseline Automation.

Monitoring Windows Update Status in the Cloud-Native Environment
Wednesday April 22, 2026 16:00 - 17:00 CEST
Ensuring Windows updates compliance across your environment is a critical responsibility for endpoint administrators. It is essential to verify not only that updates are successfully installed, but also that they are deployed within the required timeframes.

In a cloud-native environment, several built-in Intune and Autopatch reports are available to monitor Windows updates. This session provides an in-depth review of these reports, highlighting both their advantages and limitations.

Additionally, Windows Update for Business reports offer a comprehensive perspective on cumulative and feature updates, and the session explains why leveraging these reports can be highly beneficial.

Finally, alternative methods for confirming that all devices have the latest cumulative updates installed are also discussed.

The Ransomware that never was
Wednesday April 22, 2026 16:00 - 17:00 CEST
When companies are affected by a breach, usually they contact an Incident Response provider to get help eradicating the threat actor from their environment.

This procedure generally speaking takes place when all computers and servers are encrypted and the only thing that matters is the RTO and RPO.

This session however, will look at one case where the threat actor was unable to execute their end goal.

Join this session to learn a number of hardening settings you must have in place, tips and tricks on monitoring, and last but not least the importance of end user awareness.
